THE PROJECT

A group of students from different backgrounds, religions & environments sharing the idea of peaceful coexistence have founded the 'Melody of Peace' organization to aid & assist refugee families & war survivors in the Middle East who are suffering & struggling from hunger and poverty. Art was never meant to be beautiful it was meant to make you feel something. Melody of peace show their strong passion in doing charity work by Synchronizing music & dancing to perform a symphony of emotions to attract individuals who are willing to cooperate to make the world a better place by donating their earnings to those in need.

THE HARD TRUTH

The number of people forcibly displaced at the end of 2014 had risen to a staggering 59.5 million.

1 million people are internally displaced, living in camps and find their limited financial resources quickly depleted by the increasing costs of accommodation and basic foods.

Iraqi and Syrian refugees fleeing their homecountries have caused a refugee crisis in the Middle East and Europe.

The escalation of armed conflict in Iraq, and the constantly changing security situation, have resulted in new and secondary movements of internally displaced people (IDPs) across central Iraq and the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. - according to United nations refugee agency.

The constant violence has forced more than four million syrians to flee their country. The country is so dangerous that a definitive tally

of deaths is not possible, but several groups are trying to document how many Syrians have died, and what killed them.- according to the New York Times.
